Payments are processed by Stripe. Single-scan purchases are non-refundable once analysis has been delivered. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may only upload documents you have the right to share. You may not use PreSignCheck for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party intellectual property, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI models.
AI analysis may contain errors or omissions. PreSignCheck makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreSignCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
