We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: the contract document you upload for analysis, your email address if you create an account or contact us, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
Your uploaded documents are used solely to generate your risk report. They are analyzed in an isolated process and permanently deleted immediately after your report is generated. We never store contract content, train AI models on your data, or share documents with third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Documents are processed in memory and are not written to persistent storage. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card details.
We use Anthropic's API for AI analysis and Stripe for payment processing. Both operate under their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
We use only a minimal session cookie to track payment status (e.g., whether you have a paid session active). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
